Success in Ohio

Special thanks to all of the EFC Athletes and Tri friends we had at our home in Ohio this weekend! We really appreciate your energy and hard work! This weekend was a huge Success! Bob and Cody drove 3 hours to host professional bike fits and athletes drove in from Michigan and all over Ohio to receive 100% personalized attention with their bike fit and functional strength assessments. We also enjoyed a fun group indoor training ride and run on the bike path together! The feedback we are hearing from all of you is awesome! We are so excited to help you achieve comfort, power and efficiency on your bike and we look forward to helping you develop a personalized strength program to correct muscular imbalances and enhance your flexiblity.

Next up, Chicago this weekend! Can’t wait to see so many Chicago athletes and friends!
