The VASA trainer is a valuable tool to improving not only your swim stroke, but also your overall swim fitness.  The paddle, and slide board design allow the user to mimic his or her natural stroke out of the water.  The digital readout offers helpful information ranging from overall efficiency, to stroke count, to individual power output with each arm. All of these tools make the VASA an invaluable part of out of water training.
